    Salesman Conegar was extremely helpful in making my purchase. I would buy BestBuy products again with his expert assistance. My only problem is trying (failing) to turn on keyboard backlight. The "big Sun" and "Little Sun" have zero effect. What gives HP?

    It was a good notebook until it suddenly stopped working and needed to be replaced in under 90 days, the replacement has worked much better and service to get the new one was great.

    Great laptop. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles just basic functioning. Emails, shopping research. Business research. I take some workshops and do Video calls on it and have no issues... Except it took a while to find the setting to make the camera stop zooming in and out.

    Everything seem to be fine, however two times so far when coming back from sleep the computers says that there is no info on password or face recognition and ask to set up like the first time, what I did is power it down, restart it and all is ok, no need to setup anything, hopefully does not cause any more problems in the future.
