As a general purpose laptop, it's got most every hardware feature someone could want, and it's well-built. Anyone needing something to last 3-5 years of everyday use should be happy, though the 8 GB of RAM might be insufficient for power users.

Open-Box, Win for me

The keyboard backlight is not working. "Oh woe is me, my keys aren't lighting up" That person's pickiness is my gain, the savings on the open box was awesome for a great laptop. The swivel hinge and touch screen make it perfect for doing schoolwork and artwork. I bought the Lenovo pen to draw and it's a perfect laptop/tablet combo machine. I even sold a brand new Lenovo tablet I got because it was made redundant. I love Lenovo products and I would definitely buy this laptop again.

The price is fair for what you get, but you have to buy the stylus (pen) separately or purchase the other computer where the stylus is included. That is not a con, just a heads up if you wanted the stylus included! Runs smoothly, no issues, but I don't like McAfee antivirus, personal preference.
