So, I was going to keep my mini 6 as long as I possibly could, but then Apple Arcade forced my hand. The game I wanted to play could only be run on an A17 chip or higher, so I had to upgrade. I love that the new model has the same form factor, so I can use the same case as my old one. I didn't love that it doesn't play nicely with the Pencil gen 2, so I had to get a Pencil Pro for the same functionality. I love to use this as my "I'm home now" device, letting me put my phone away and consume digital content more comfortably. The weight is just right so it doesn't feel too heavy to hold up for long periods of time. I paired it with a matte screen protector and everything is amazing. Since I backed up my mini 6, I was able to do a restore in minutes and it's as if I was using the exact same tablet, except newer and faster. I wish all upgrades could be exactly like this.

My partner and I were planning ahead to buy this and did research. When going in-person, the Apple and Best Buy associate did a fantastic job with determining the best specifications. For the iPad Mini, it is a great tablet with a great size for those with smaller hands but is just as efficient as the other M3 processors out there. Very easy form factor and good for travel.

Excellent! Replaced an IPad mini 4, and I had been waiting for this release for a while. Love the 8.3” size, and how much faster it is. Also, the base is 128gb but I got the 256gb. I highly recommend!

Just got it today and i love it …even though idk if to call it a downgrade because iwent from a 12.9 ipad pro 5th gen to the mini but only because the size was jst too much and not convenient. Its still going to be in use ihave it to my sisters husband which he is a tall guy wayy bigger and also kinda blind so the big screen most definitely will be lots of help. But loke isaid in my opinion its not a downgrade iwent from 128gb to 256gb and its perfect size ican have it with me literally anywhere. And thats what iwant whether its at work or for my personal use . So im happy with it and igot the apple pencil pro as well as a strong case that will protect and yet its still small i love it!

Got this to replace my iPad Mini 5th gen. I didn’t have enough memory available to update to IOS 26. It still works fine using IOS 18.3.2, but when this iPad Mini A17 Pro went on sale for Cyber Monday, I couldn’t resist. Setup was easy and it works well. I’ve always had a good experience with all the iPads and Minis I’ve purchased over the years. And with 256GB memory available, this should last me for many years.

So glad I bought the iPad mini. It’s the perfect size for reading and easy to take with me on trips.

This is a great size iPad that can easily be held in one hand. If your looking for a bigger screen than your phone but still what a portable easy to hold in one hand device this is the option. I have an iPad Pro 12' screen and find myself grabbing this more often. if you put a popIt handle on the back it is really easy to have a solid hold on it with one hand.

A little smaller than my old iPad mini, it is much smarter and faster. The size makes it more portable which is good.for me. It is taking some adjusting bcz the new features such as multiple screens takes some learning. But I love the auto correction which is better than past Apple products.

Great to surf the web and more. Perfect size to carry it everywhere. Peak performance for heavy apps. It’s a fun devise, not meant for work.

iPad mini is the perfect size for travel. I liked my regular iPad but this checked all the boxes and with excellent battery life. On top of that, Best Buy was offering $100 off and better trade in value for my old model than the Apple.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas to replace her old ipad mini. Its slightly smaller overall than her old one which is great. The inly issue we had is transferring her music amd pictures from her old one to this one but that’s due to not being able to upgrade to iOs 14 or newer on the old one. A bit disappointing that apple hasnt fixed that issue but overall its a great device.

We have been Best Buy’s customers for years from buying house hold appliances to electronic devices, Best Buy’s always stands by their products and their employees are courteous and helpful, We’ve always checked around for good sales and always came back to Best Buy, they matched other stores price, we bought various iPads from them and this time I wanted a mini iPad for traveling.

Everything is good from size to battery life and charge. I would’ve like that it had Face ID

These are great, with the A17 Pro chip, the only way to go, I only have one I use that I didn’t realize till recently which is the volume-up button sits almost flush and other sits higher. Not sure if apple would fix?

This ipad is very light and the software runs really smoothly.

The iPad Mini never gets much love from Apple with new tech. It’s understandable being more of a niche product. But if you want a smaller, easier to handle and tote around tablet, the mini is practically in a category of one. The downsides of this iPad are that it’s not loaded with Apple’s newest processors. And if you’re coming from an older iPad, beware your current Apple Pencil is likely not compatible. That said, it’s a great little device for reading, playing some games and general tablet use.

Purchased for my wife. She used to have a mini, then moved to an air a few years ago. Time to upgrade due to battery life over time getting shorter. She desired to go back to mini - likes the size better. Nice unit, nice display, works well. I personally would probably prefer a larger size. But she reads a lot of digital books and likes the mini size much better.
