They went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't believe they made this happen. Wasn't a fan of best buy before. So I went to give them another try and was totally surprised what happened. So happy with my decision.

Works great. Only took a couple hours to get cool. However the lowest setting on fridge isnt quite as cold as I think it should be. I use it for a beer fridge in garage and it will only get down to 38 degree. Wish it would get colder than that

Well its keeping my food cold. However it is not very quiet. Every time I open the fridge door it sets off a recycle kind of sound.

White gets dirty quick but no choice... had to match the other appliance in kitchen. The texture finish make it hard to clean. You have to get microfiber towel and really wipe it down. For the price it’s worth it.

Fridge arrived in great condition and works great. I forgot to measure my doorway to make sure it would fit through, but thankfully the boys that delivered it knew what they were doing and (just barely) got it inside! Had it four months and don't have any complaints at all. :)

I really like how the shelves are in this refrigerator. It seems to hold alot more than my old refrigerator. I also like that the vegetable drawer is wide enough for celery, without having to be creative. The glass shelves make it easy to see everything, so I don't lose or forget what is in the fridge. Very satisfied.

This is a back up refrigerator which is sitting in our garage. Needless to say, summer temperatures in West Palm Beach are in the 90s, and our garage almost certainly tops 100. Even with that, this refrigerator did a wonderful job of keeping foods frozen and well preserved.

We love our new refrigerator! Everything tastes fresh and chilled. The freezer is huge and we love ice! So happy to have made this purchase.

I've had a nightmare of an experience with refrigerators, so I decided to to with a "no frills", top freezer, bottom refrigerator Whirlpool model (just like my mom used to have when I was growing up). I'm beyond pleased. This model runs well, is energy efficient, and easy to move (because it's on wheels). I love my new refrigerator!

I originally wanted a bottom freeze but had to wait a month for it. I chose this Whirlpool Refrigerator because it was about as large as the one I wanted. This refrigerator has more usable space than my old larger refrigerator that was 22.0 cubic feet. I really like it and the best part it was on sale.

Good replacement refrigerator which i needed immediately. The only problem is you have to make sure the door closes when you swing it closed.

Perfect size for space and use - works well; great value purchase.

Enjoying our fridge. Wanted white not stainlessness steel and this fit that. Went right into our existing space.woyld have liked egg tray.

I've only had it for one month but I am very happy with it. While it has no light in the freezer, it has great storage place. The refrigerator has see- through drawers and the bins on the door have a lot of storage space. Handles are easy to clean. It wasn't easy to find a refrigerator with these dimensions. Led lighting makes it very bright inside.

The fridge is fantastic and the people who bought it in was also fantastic. I appreciate what they did for us and how much they really cared and appreciate everything.

Little noisy, no lights in freezer also shelf adjusting in weird positions can fit gallon jugs of milk. On bottom not spaced enough

I was very happy with my purchase. It does not have bells and whistles but that was exactly what i was looking for. Best price in town, and with Saturday deliveries it was a no brainer to purchase from Best Buy. Sales person was helpful and very informative . Delivery people were on time and extremely pleasant and helpful.
