lenovo yoga clear and sharp and fast compared to my old Dell, also I like the keyboard light up.

This laptop computer from Lenovo has checked almost all of the boxes I was looking for to replace my aging Dell. The AMD cpu and graghics array provide a clear and crisp display while not costing alot of $$ for denser pixels. The layout and flexibility of the screen and keyboard allow for many usage configurations and touch screen input. The price offered by Best Buy was very attractive and I am pleased with the sales advice and purchase!

The build quality of the computer was great. You can tell that it was made with quality parts. The hinge was also pretty smooth. I had several issues with it before returning the device. The fingerprint sensor didn't always work the first time around. You also couldn't open it with one hand despite the build. I had some major issues with the drivers though. The first couple of days were fine although there was some lagging despite it having the new Ryzen AI 7 chip. It also got very warm to the touch at times. My main issue came when the sound stopped coming from the speakers. The headphone jack worked fine. I attempted update the drivers and the computer stated that the best drivers were already installed. I then downloaded the drivers from Lenovo's website and attempted to updated them and it also didn't work. I eventually had to reinstall windows and during that process the computer could kept getting stuck and wasn't able to perform a local reinstall. Once I got it booted up from a USB the Wi-Fi randomly shut off and never came back. I repeated the same steps attempting to update the drivers from the computer and from the internet via ethernet to no avail. I had to reinstall windows again and even disconnect and reconnect the wireless module. I decided to return the laptop after that experience not wanted to risk them happening again in the future.

Finally upgraded after 10 years, and I am definitely impressed with the functionality and performance of the new laptop.

This product is great. I had to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I am very happy with this laptop. It is fast and easy to use.

Has been a great laptop for my 6th graders classes. The touch screen/tablet mode makes it easier to complete quizzes/tests and other online assignments.

after a few bad run ins with laptops, this one shocked me. the laptop feels sturdy, the system is responsive and fast, the battery life is fairly long for such a strong laptop, and it charges with USB-C, so no proprietary connectors if the original one breaks! the only negative (which is hardly a negative) is there is only 1 USB port to plug in peripherals such as an external mouse, but this can be easily remedied with a cheap USB hub.

great help with selection and geek squad transfer to new laptop. it is working great just need to get used to new windows which seems to be going well

It's a very nice laptop and also super modern, it has for Face ID and for fingerprint and I think it's incredible, the color is beautiful

I use the laptop to manage my finances and file taxes. I am very happy with how it performs and is a good replacement for my Dell. The full number pad is very convenient.
