    This laptop is outstanding for my needs; it handles the presentations I do extremely well and very readily handles MP4's built into PowerPoints I use in teaching. Initial setup was very easy and it's a pleasure to use.

    Purchased this laptop, about 2 months in it began to overheat when not in use to point laptop would shut down for thermal protection. Went to Geeksquad to get it reviewed, and they wanted $100 to look at it, $400 to fix it. Called Geek Squad Customer service, walked them through they stated it should be free service as the laptop was just purchased. They typed in notes, stating it should be free service, and giving detailed notes about what the problem is. Likely issue is voltage regulation on the motherboard. Return in store to go to the appointment scheduled by customer support that pulled my info stating it should be covered under warranty repair. They immediately tried to charge me the $100 again, and then tried to sell me a new laptop battery. The problem is in the Voltage Regulation on the motherboard, but they try to sell me a new battery for the laptop and they had not even touched the laptop at this point. BestBuy sold me a faulty laptop - Claimed it would be serviced for free, immediately tried to charge me. I complained, told it would be serviced free of charge, and once again tried to charge me. I do not recomend buying through bestbuy, find another vendor that will work to honor their services promises.

    I am not use to using lap top computers. I like the style and the quality of this lap top. Not happy with windows 11, or trying to figure out certain functions on the lap top. Still trying to figure it out. I miss the days where computers were user friendly and didn't have to do a deep search for everything you need.

    Best But service is excellent. I've always liked the Lenovo Yoga products for their overall reliability. I did have trouble with an earlier Yoga laptop earphone port getting too loose, but that problem seems to have been fixed--port is stronger now. Thanks Lenovo!

    I bought this laptop for 600 during cyber monday deals It checked all boxes for a 600 laptop specs My specs are AMD ryzen ai 5 Finger scanner unlock is slow, I mean slower recognition than mobile phones released in 2022 with finger readers. I concerned about after shutting it down, even tho I shut it down on 50%battery when I turn it on next morning it shows like 20. Idk whether it's actually turning off really coz when I open the lid without pressing the power button it's actually getting powered up. Is it a ai spec or an issue? Idk

      The setting that contributes to the battery drain is a form of quick boot. To enable the quick system startup, the device enters more a deep sleep versus being completely powered off. This can be toggled via the system BIOS. To do so, enter the BIOS by pressing F2 (or Fn+F2) repeatedly immediately after powering on. Navigate to the "Boot" tab to adjust the "Fast Boot" setting. If this doesn't help or you'd like assistance with the process, please contact Lenovo Support at this number: 877-453-6686, to work with the Customer Care team for swift action as we look to resolve this matter for you and make things right.
