This one is thin, light, and inconspicuous and is a perfect replacement. The tracking characteristics are excellent and it is soft under my hand.

So, I am always buying new ones. This one has impressed me enough that I'll be paying attention to not leave it behind. One of the issues that affects most doesn't seem to be happening with this one; namely that the surface peels up from the foam. Then the mouse or my hand or watch catches on the bit of fabric, and that is annoying. Glad it isn't happening with this product.

I don't think it will show dirt as easy as solid darker colors. When the 1st one wears out I'll replace it with the 2nd one.

These are overall a good quality material and the designs aren't half bad either.

This one is perfect. Over the years (decades) someone figured out how to solve those old issues, and this one works great. No complaints.

I have been using a notebook because there is a serious shortage of beautiful mouse pads at a decent price. Only paid $4.99 and this marble pattern fits my decor perfectly! It's super smooth, low profile and easy to pack in my laptop to travel.
