    I love it! Very easy to use as soon as I plug it up I mean within seconds the water is that temperature. This product is awesome but Best Buy claim department is not.

    simple to use, I wish there was a way to make it brew longer without restarting it, using the warm function has been helping though just takes longer. The kettle will have to cool down or be removed before it will brew again.

    Great working kettle. Love the temperature presets which is why I got it. Only thing is I wish there was an option to remove the kettle pieces and have a normal lid
