My Samsung died within the year. Geek Squad was not able to get a replacement but a gift card for the actual value of the phone not the amount I paid.

I would highly recommend this to anyone that's getting a phone because if something happens to it within a year it gets replaced for free

i have purchased this on previous phones and it is so easy when i have a problem with the phone and a lot cheaper that paying monthly thru a phone carrier
