I don't like the new way they are handling the phones. They no longer take care of this at the store. Now they want to send it off and you have to wait 3 to 5 days (or longer if its out of stock). Out of stock on the computer so I have to wait longer even though they have the phone in store. Ridiculous. I need my phone for work. I can't take a vacation just to wait a week on my phone. This system is not helpful at all.

The phone cost $85, protection cost $47, when I went to replace my phone because it was broke there was a $50 deductible. That means I'm out almost $15, it would have been better not to get the protection and just buy another phone. Also when my replacement phone came and I went to transfer my number through tracfone I couldn't do it because tracfone told me it had not been scanned properly. 3 hrs. later I find out I have to wait for another phone to come and have to return the one they just sent me because it couldn't be activated. So now I am waiting another day. They did get me my first phone the next day which was great, but other than that it stinks and like I said I am out another day without a phone and $15. I will be talking to a manager after I finally get this thing straightened out. The service plan should not cost that much for the particular phone I got, maybe if my original phone was a couple hundred dollars I could see the value in it.

I got this to protect my phone, but when I accidentally dropped the phone & shattered the screen, I was told that I'd have to pay a fee because the plan doesn't cover it.

Everything is a gimmick this is not worth it. They change the rules and expect you to pay another amount of money on top of what you paid already to get insurance.

I purchased this plan for my son's phone because when I have one for my tablet and it really came in handy whenever when there was an issue , but when my son cracked the screen on his LG Stylo 3 they wanted a restocking fee that was more than I paid for the phone to replace it. I would say it depends on what you're purchasing but for me this plan was a waste this time I will not the purchasing it in the future.

total rip off they told me in store that it would cover any damage and it would be free .....come to find out the starting price to look at repair is 49.99 plus a 39.99 fee ......plus u can only submit 3 claims per year

Greeks decide if you will have to wait for phone in the mail so you will be with phone for at least 2 days I cancel and got my money back
