The remote support from the geek squad is great when you can get it. They were so busy during the virus that it was impossible to get someone. They had a 10 hour wait time but that was ridiculous then when I called back in 10 hours it was still another 10 hour wait time. The geek squad in the stores it much better. When I have a slow computer it is nice to have someone remotely go into it to clean it up.

They are super friendly and resolved my issue extremely fast. That's exactly why I bought the service and I cannot complain one bit.

Love Best buy their warranty is the best ,never issues only once damaged my sons computer gaming but they resolved ,so I will never buy anything other stores Best Buy is my store for everything

Always a good idea to buy protection for the just in case scenario

We always buy the protection when we get an expensive Electronics product. It was well worth the money on our last purchase. We bought an active 2 watch for my wife for Christmas and it had a glitch in it a few months afterwards. They replace the watch at no cost with a new one. Like I said well worth the money.

They go to day did a good job And it didn't find nothing wrong What else you need laugh out loud minimum 50 words okay I don't know how you going to get 50 words when it just come up to check my washer and dryer Thank you

The agents were very knowledgeable and helpful with my computer replacement purchase while my clother computer was needing screen repair.

Purchased a gaming desktop for my Granddaughter for Christmas. Due to supply shortages it was necessary to puchase well before the extended store holiday return period. I did setup and check the PC thoroughly upon delivery. Everything tested good, but the Accidental Geek Squad Protection provided an additional 3 years of peace of mind. Can't beat it.

As always: READ ALL YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING… ask questions and be sure you understand how it works. It sure saved me some problems and loss of funds! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It’s best to have geek squad services for all your electronic needs... trust me. It takes your worries away and it takes care of all your devices needs. Had all my phones repaired there... bought a new desktop and had all my files transferred by them. They took care of everything with no problem.

Definitely worth having along the way because you never know what might happen!
