Great PC. Haven't found a single thing wrong with it so far, runs all my games on the highest quality possible. Fast, reliable, and looks good 5/5 would buy again!

I went o use this product and they said I never purchased it although I was told I did and now I’m paying 300 to have my computer. Fix the assist store manager was not help! I was given a 1888 Best Buy number no one answers. I actual cried from the lack of service. I’m a struggling nurse and this was an unexpected expense. I wish I understood what was going on in the purchase better.
I need a new computer badly, and my wife surprised with a new iBuyPower i7 Gaming Computer. I'm not using it gaming though. I have a recording studio and my old Mac Mini had run it's course as far as performance. The salesman at BestBuy recommended I get this PC because it met and exceeded the specs I need for FL Studio, all my plugins, and video editing software. Off top I notice the difference in speed. My only grip and I saw this in other reviews, was the keyboard is not all that great, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I can't wait to get back to making music......Signed: Happy Camper... I know a lot of times we don’t buy these types of Warranties because when you go to use it there’s always a loop hole on why you can’t use it or it’s very difficult to use it. THIS IS NOT the case with geek squad warranties and I am glad a purchased it. I purchased an HP all in one desktop for my daughter for Christmas and it fell off the gamer desk the next day and messed up the screen. Took it to geek squad and the transaction was seamless.
This is my first purchase of a gaming desktop and given that this
CyberPowerPC comes with a keyboard and mouse, it saved me from having to seek and compare those accessories separately. The display of the desktop tower itself is appealing considering the multi-changing colors surrounding the fan. The reason I wanted to purchase the desktop was because I wanted a computer that was able to handle FPS games without CPU clogging unlike my old laptop. I am very proud with this pre-built purchase. The mouse and keyboard both have light features (they are not wireless) and the mouse is very sleek! The only "negative" so far with the CyberPowerPC desktop tower is that the fans are a little louder than expected but much less quieter than my old regular laptop. :)
I would not buy any electronic without an extended Geek Squad Service warranty. The Geek Squad and the servicemen are the best. They are truthful and don't mind taking time out for you and with you no matter how long it takes to satisfy the customer. They will work on your electronic item until it is fixed or replaced. Who wouldn't appreciate such great customer service!
