Worst Purchase ever. PC died after 40 days- wont even turn on. A woman who cant speak englsh tells me it's only covered for 15 days so I basically need to pay for repairs or buy another one. Call the maker of the PC and they will look at it but I need to pay to send it to them and wait 30 days to hear back. My LAST purchase at best buy-there are too many places to shop online. And I would Never recommend cyber-power PC's. My shop says its a defective mother board, and Im basically screwed into paying the repair cost on a brand ne PC. Total junk at any price

Bought an Open Box version that had the condition listed as Excellent. If this is BB's idea of Excellent, then Good and Fair must be PCs rescued from a dumpster. Came loose in a box with the keyboard and mouse just banging around. The keyboard and mouse are wireless and require a USB adapter in order to work. It was missing. The mouse looks like it has been used for a couple of years. Now I need to make a trip to BB in order to return it. Never again.

Do not trust OnTrac update. It seems OnTrac is always delay or missing a package. Happened to me twice already. BestBuy should offer other shipping carrier options.

The first day I got the pc It was good everything was smooth it had great game performance and then a week my pc does not turn on and then when I fix it the day after my screen goes black as I am playing a game I would not recommend this as it happens about every time I launch a game and for this price makes it even more unworthy.

Don’t buy graphics card went out within 2 weeks they won’t refund the money after 15 days buy elsewhere let this company close its doors.

After picking it up at the store and brought it home, I found that the box is already open by someone and the box itself is at a bad condition. I called customer service and they told me and I have to bring the machine back to store for refund or replacement. This is a heavy machinery and they want a customer to bring this back when something wrong happened. Have being a long time best buy customer and I am thinking cutting them off

Geek squad is a waste of time. Telling me the problem without even checking the PC and blaming my internet speed. They are just making excuses. Telling me that the PC IS FINE, they did not even check the PC!!!!! WASTE OF TIME!

Right after the return period ended I had problems with this computer booting up. When entered re star, the computer just went dead now I have to waste my time going back to Best Buy to see how they intend to address it.

I would not recommend this "gaming computer" to anyone. Best buy should be be held responsible for advertising this desktop as its a "Gaming computer". I am highly upset and will never purchase another item from here. I feel for all the new computer gamers like me that spent so much on this crap just to be upset and have to find a way to upgrade. 700 down the toilet. thanks alot you have one less customer

Bought at Best Buy because they posted to be ready for pick up on saturday, went to store, full of excuses. will never buy again from Best Buy, Next time will only buy on Amazon they deliver as promise

Unboxed, hook it up, and powered it on...lights come on and nothing else. Would not boot! Tried few fixes found online and lights came on plus all the fans on...still not booting. Came back to it today and now it won't even power on...back to BB for this $2,000+ paperweight.

Bought this computer took it with me over seas just to find out the GPU is having issues and not connecting to the monitor. Horrible Christmas present for my son now.

I sent it for him on September 21st and it would arrive on September 22nd and they delayed it for him on October 5th, it arrives on the day indicated, they extend it further

This pc have a rx 560 not a rx 570 thats a lie and that people that work here should change the component

I would strongly advise double checking your statements. I was charged every year for 3 years for this service

Promised delivery at 12/22, day comes now it is delayed.customer care was just terrible! Service is so bad and will not even acknwledge mistake. Thank you BestBuy for ruining christmas for decietful tactics on promise not kept!

They didn't honor protetion plan due to covid, wouldn't give refund or extended protection plan

Had this for 3 months now the cpu is overheating to a point it shuts down.... Will return to best because it will take longer to ship and repair to MSI Looks great but does not work great..

I've only turned this computer on a few times. It was very slow when I turned it on tonight. It is having great trouble getting on to the internet. I think this computer is basically useless.

Internet don’t work on the hard drive I received and is no longer refundable after 2weeks. It was a bday gift for my daughter. Money wasted.
