    Bought this phone with the purpose to have a second line for when I travel abroad and I need to buy a local SIM card for the phone that I can use in the country I a visiting at the moment. This particular phone I used it in Cuba on my last trip and they have 4G services capability but the phone even though said that will be able to provide 3g with no problem it was not good and all I got was 2g. I did used it. Was slow but on this trip all I needed was to call and text and I was able to do that without an issue. I did missed the fast internet and able to have multiple things open.

    Works very well with my Verizon Pre-Paid. Charges very quickly , which tells me Samsung improved the battery life.

    I have now had the phone close to 2 years and I have been very happy with it. I wanted a small but powerful phone and it was perfect. So if you want a big screen phone that is hard to fit in your pocket then look at other models. But I love the size. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5 stars is because after having it around a year i noticed the battery life going down. Keep in mind that i use my phone alot. But nevertheless, the battery is becoming an issue. So much so that I am thinking of contacting Best Buy because I paid for the extra warranty and that wasn't cheap. But I still think it is a great, quality made phone.

    Galaxy S22 Ultra

    I have had the Galaxy S22 ultra for 2 years now. Phone has worked great until the recent months. Now the phone will only stay charged for 10. It starts to get hot and battery. Percentage drops to 15%.

    So far I have not had to use the accident protection for my products. If I do have to use it I would hope that they are not as rude and inpatient as the man that I tried to get help from in the store and checked me out. I would return the phone I purchased completely if I had not been told several times if I do it will cost me $45. The phone I purchased under the impression that it was better than another one by this person was not at all

    Phone isnt bad overall but its absolutely rediculous that its worth little to nothing when trading it in. & the s23fe is also an unacceptable amount less than this costed when first released. I overall waaaaaaay overpaid for this phone. I regret the purchase so the 400$ giftcard would absolutely make me a happy customer

    I had a phone i bought w/o the protection plan and the phone quit on me. I had that phone only 43 days when it quit. The manufacturer warranty of course did not cover. So I bought the plan on this one and I'm happy I did. But of course they are replacing the phone but they mail the new one to you and you mail the old to them. Just give me a new phone (they had on in stock, you can check on line before you go to store) and they can mail back. Also the is a service we charge, just under $100. Still cheaper than purchasing a new phone. So 4 stars really 3-1/2 stars.

    I was having a hard time deciding on what phone to get. I knew I needed a phone that was water resistent. I considered an Apple, although I am a Samsung loyal customer. Glad I stuck to my guns and got the Note 20 it has served me well and I love the camera. I am about to file a claim because it has been overly loved and I will update you soon on the ease of that process. Hoping that it will be smooth since I am doing it over my lunch break

    Geek squad service has always been ok in my book. I had to give it 4 stars because the last time I had issue the tech ordered the wrong part. This meant I had to wait another two weeks to get my tv repaired. Instead I went back to the store and the supervisor in charge of the tv department took care of me. Let me return the tv so I didn't have to wait two weeks. He was great.

    No worries, at a peaceful rest. Samsung S21 Ultra Assured that accidental phone damage is covered with repairs or replacement via $200 deductible. Coverage cost of $170 plus tax? for two years up front or $9 per month is not super expensive but is not budget friendly up front. And monthly $9 payment option total payment adds up to more than up front cost price two years later. Haven't a claim so can't review claims process.

    I liked my Pixel 3, and I like this Pixel too. I know it's probably operator error, but there are some functions that aren't that user friendly, (having to push (2) buttons at the same time to turn on/off) at least to me.

    Didn't realize that I had to pay about 70$ to replace my $300 Moto Stylus and that doesn't include the initial $70 I paid for the protection plan. The salesman was a bit misleading when I bought the warranty.

    This is a great phone. I have been using it since 2019 and it's smooth to use, easy to understand. The battery life is ok but could be improved. The storage space is great for my use. I would recommend this phone to other potential buyers.

    I really enjoyed the Google Pixel 4a except for the fact that the battery drained very quickly. I found that I was constantly putting the phone on the charger and waiting, way too often. There must be a way to improve this flaw in an otherwise really cool android phone.

    Although I haven't had to use the warranty on my phone or any of my other devices I'm really glad I decided to purchase it. Having a warranty incase anything happened to my phone such as the screen getting cracked, stops working, etc. gives me piece of mind. Phones and electronics are too expensive now to risk not getting any kind of warranty on it and then something unfortunate happens.

    Agents have always been prompt, courteous, and very helpful. There has been a couple of exceptions concerning my lost or stolen phone coverage, so I recommend when purchasing a phone asking repeatedly whether lost or stolen is covered.
