Geek squad service is great. I always buy the services because most of the things I get in Best Buy are electronics for my grandson or me. Have used their services twice and they solved my problems right away.

when you need professionals to fix your PC these people at best buy known as the geek squad are there to help plus a word of advice it is always good to get their protection plan especially if you have kids or pets that get around your computer or just when you want to make sure your game is always playing at peak performance

Nice pc for the price and for it be my first gaming pc.

They have always been there for me no matter what timeframe or what they had to do. They always went above and beyond for me. I love those guys.

Love this computer. It runs all.of my games smoothly with no issues on medium or higher graphics settings depending on the game.

It comes with the wireless mouse and keyboard. The screen is a good size and windows 11 is fast. I miss having the cd rom to use some of the programs I own. It is running fine now. Time will tell.

Very useful, if something breaks that’s no fault of your online they fix it and replace it for ya. Just wish they had a 4 year plan.

No way I'd purchase a big ticket item without Geek Squad protection. I made a big purchase for my grandson. I need peace of mind, knowing that if something happened, I can count on it being fixed, quickly and efficiently. My husband and I purchase it on most all items and have always been satisfied with the service. Peace of mind is everything!
