Table works fine kid friendly but it’s not something you can drop and it’s okay. Tablet is cracked and had to call to flirt a appointment and got in quickly

GET THIS!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOURE CLUMSY OR HAVE KIDS LOL. I PURCHASED THIS WITH MY MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO 7 AND MY SON BROKE MY LAPTOP LITERALLY A WEEK BEFORE MY WARRANTY EXPIRED, TURNS OUT THEY CANT REPLACE THE SCREEN ON MY LAPTOP SO I ENDED UP GETTING A WHOLE NEW MONITOR!!

Thankfully didn't need to ever use these guys but would have if needed to to.

Grandson dropped and cracked screen and it was problem free hassle to replace walked in with damaged one and left out of store with brand new device in box,now that's a great warranty and grandson is happy

The geek squad answered a hard question I had before I purchased a galaxy s6 lite, a memory card using a exFAT format works when using extremely large files, even when connected to a tv using DEX for videos.

If you own electronics and you have kids, purchasing an extended warranty four laptops and other items is crucial. I have never had a problem with service from Best Buy so I don’t have a problem with purchasing service plans.

Its always a good idea to get the protection, try to think about how youre using the product and the environment it will be in. For my mose costly electronice i always have them plugged into a ups that has automatic voltage regulation. I would like to see a better assessment of coverage options. Most just go by cost of the product, but if they really stood by quality of the items being brought in , that would provide a better scheme for coverage options.

The protection although I have not had to use of the most recent purchase has always been exceptional. when using the coverage in the past, I have been satisfied with the product replacement

I am so excited for this new tablet. My older one was eight years old and very slow. It has more memory and was easy to setup.

Just perfect, they don’t make it hard if they see is not gonna work they just exchange the product Geek squad is just perfect , and very friendly and kind, GREAT INSURANCE

The Geek Squad staff in person and on the phone have always been efficient, curteous and of great help when needed in the past and I have no doubt they will do the same if needed on this new item I purchased. The only issue I have is with the manner of how they are managed in the store. In the Boynton Beach store there's always chaos at the Geek counter. There's no line for people with appointments nor a line for those without appointmens who just have a quick question. There's no way to check in if you do have an appointment thus you have to wait on a long line which is ludicrous and makes the appointment concept mote.

I’ve used the geek squad services in the past. They are great and know what they are doing at least most of the time they do.

I am pretty technical so I didnt utilize them for set up, but it is nice to have the peace of mind should something happen. For around 100 bucks, I think its silly not to get it being that the computer approaches $1000. Will update review if and when I need to use the service.

Great item for any age, it’s not slow and has good capacity

For the Fire HD 8, I recommend buying , Geek Squad protection warranty plan. Anything can happen to this device and you will be cover. If you drop the device and it stops working, let the Geek squad look at it, The warranty plan lasts for 2 years. I always buy the warranty plan for peace of mind.

My wife is hard on tablets and remote controls. She broke the circuit board by pressing the mute button on three DirecTV remotes. We needed the protection plan for this Amazon Fire. Went the first one broke, they had stopped producing that model. The replacement was the same size but the next generation.

Very sturdy and great product. My 6 year old loves his tablet!!
