I have purchased this protection before and it paid for itself. I have three young children and they are hard on their tablets. The protection plan replaced what the Squad could not repair with no out of pocket cost to me. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I talked with a Geek Squad expert for about 3 minutes, and they were able to take my symptoms and ascertain that the device was hosed, that it should be returned. That is a sign of a good expert, that they will make the right decision with authority when needed.

It also provides peace of mind for since most products only come with limited warranties, but by purchasing geek squad support, I know that I can get assistance somewhere local without having to pay out the nose.
