I've replaced 3 GoPros this way, and the only problem has been the GoPros! This warranty/replacement process is very easy, I just wish the GoPros weren't failing all the time. Needless to say I will be buying this insurance for every GoPro I get, because history would show it's only a matter of time before I need to activate it.

Great purchase for travel vlogging. The camera is small and compact. I love the variety of accessories that are available to purchase that are equip for the camera and your clogging needs (swimming, biking, etc). The camera has great quality and selections in such a small package. Issues: - Battery life - Having to remove battery cover every time you put camera in mic case. - Overheating of camera when in mic case - Doesn’t fit mic case with back screen protector on

I haven't really use them because i haven't had a problem but im pretty sure if i do they will fix the problem

So action camera's have a tendency to overheat and that may ruin the board inside your GoPro. I think this is what happened to my GoPro hero 7 black dusk white edition. I had purchased the external audio adapter and tried a bunch of things and still couldn't get it to work. Fortunately i had the protection and it was extremely simple to go in and get a brand new gopro hero 7 black and be on my way!

Bought this for my brother in law who does mountain biking, he absolutely LOVED it, great picture quality and so easy be able to edit videos on phone.

one of my best things to have bought in best buy. my so. had accidentally broke his camera and they replaced it no questions asked!!! note if you break the replacement camera you will have to pay to get another replacement but it will be alot cheaper

So I bought a camera and 2 days later I scratched the lens. With my protection through geek squad, I made an appointment and had it exchanged same day! Took less than 15 mins!

I've never had an issue getting something replaced or fixed through Geek Squad. Unlike other service providers, Geek squad actually comes through on their word and doesn't leave the customer with an additional burden after an accident.

If you are starting off as a photographer this is a perfect camera for you. You can also find this camera online with instructions and how to use videos. The quality this camera is very good so I do recommend it. Don't forget to get an extra battery.

I purchased Geek Squad when I bought my daughter's GoPro and boy am I glad I did. First time in the water and she didn't close the compartment for the SD card properly and water got inside. I took it back to Best Buy to see if there was anything they could do and in 5 minutes I was out of the store with a brand new GoPro. It did void my protection so I purchased another one and so far haven't needed it. It certainly saved me money in the end though.
