I love best buy you get the insurance and i do not stress over any of my devices breaking bc best buy is on that. You are able to have so many more options when you purchase the insurance. I liked my sony 6400 but wanted the sony 6700 and bc i bought the insurance i was able to just pay the difference. They call it a memebership i guess but its insurance. Just buy it its really dumb and just locks you into your purchase with out it. To me its a no brainer!

i definitely recommend getting the protection plan, i dropped my 360 camera and came in for the warranty, it took all of 2 minutes and they gave me store credit for me to buy a new one

Am no professional so i was really looking for someone easy to use and that takes great quality pictures. This camera did it for me. Its been 2 years doesn't let me down highly recommend

Bough this service for a Insta 360 x4. Had an accident in my motorcycle and the camera was damaged. Bestbuy asked no questions and provided a replacment camera which at the time was $50 more expensive but I was not charged for the diferrence!

I’m giving 5 stars to the Best Buy 2-Year Protection Plan because it truly gives peace of mind. In my case, just knowing that any issues with the product are covered without having to deal with the manufacturer or wait forever makes a huge difference. The claims process is clear, fast, and the customer service has always been professional and helpful.

Used the protection plan more than once and it saved me hundreds of dollars on repairs and new purchases that O wpuld have had to make otherwise.

Happy because I did it that’s make me feel great cause if anything happened to my camera especially cause I recorded myself when I drove my motorcycle that’s make me feel like I’m in the safe line cause if anything happened to the camera I can to get full replacement and Laura benefit Recommended for you guys. I am so happy that I have Geek Squad protection. Every interaction that I have with the Geek Squad representatives are kind, professional and work hard to resolve my issue. I have been purchasing this protection for my merchandise because you never know if you may have an accident weeks, months or years from purchasing the item.

Geek Squad is a mixed bag. They're convenient for quick fixes and basic tech support, especially if you've already bought your device at Best Buy. Their technicians vary in skill, so you might get lucky and find someone truly helpful, or you might end up frustrated. Prices can be high, and sometimes it feels like they push unnecessary services. If you're comfortable troubleshooting yourself, you might find cheaper solutions elsewhere. But for that "I need help now" feeling, Geek Squad can be a lifesaver.

I'm the type of person who usually skips the warranty (most items come with manufacturers warranty, so why pay extra?) But Geek Squad is great mostly bc they will give you a refund the entire price of the item if the item can't be fixed (read what's covered before you return item). My 2 yr old Camera was having issues; wasn'tcharging, internal wiring issue. I took it to Geek Squad, they tried their best, but it seemed to be a manufacturing issue (manufacturers warranty expired after 1st year). So Geek Squad refunded me my original camera price, and i was able to buy the latest camera model. So buy the warranty, and save yourself what could potentially be a future headache.
