does anyone know what a repair on one of these tech models camera would cost. I guarentee u one use would be a fraction of warranty. But a three year protection? This camera is for my daughter so peace of mind is a DEAL !!

If you break ish then get this. If you got kids or a crazy baby momma who throws ish then get this. If you GF get jealous cause you play more than you spend time with her while she’s on the phone then get this. It’ll save you some money more than switching to Geico

Best Buy warranty and Geek protection is a must for any items purchased through Best Buy. You may never have to use it but if you do it will be repaired or replaced with no hassle or fake promises.

Best buy has good warranty plan too replace your electronics highly recommend it.

I've used 2 other protection plans from Best Buy and they've been great. Assuming this one will be too - re the others: This is my third camera that I've replaced using the protection plan. Other two toasted while surfing with them and they failed - even though they were waterproof.

nice and EZ to talk to the will go the extra mile to fix ur stuff and customer service over the phone are the best... they take their time to listen to u to ur problem and them explaining every step of the way...

A GREAT VALUE TO PROTECT MY CAMERA (THE CAMERA IS A LITTLE SMALLER THAN MY HANDS ARE USED TO). I HAVE HAD GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION BEFORE AND I HAVE FOUND THAT EVEN IF YOU USE IT JUST ONCE IT PAYS FOR ITSELF.

The agent sold my on the warranty just in case it breaks. So worth the peace of mind

I purchased the policy when I bought my camera because I felt I could have dropped it or lost it at any time. I was lucky and did not have to use the policy. I would buy another policy if I purchase another camera because it was a very reasonable price for the coverage.

when i purchased a camera for my daughter, i got the 1 year extended service because in the past if i had any issues the geek squad was not able to resolve they would stand by their promise to return it to the manufacture or completely replace it.

You cant go wrong purchasing added insurance with your precious items. I bought this with my new Sony DSC-H300. It feels good to go out and enjoy the outdoors with my camera, doing photo shoots and not having to limit myself. I feel secure and confident having this.

Never leave out geek squad if purchasing expensive electronics. It is the best thing Best Buy offers. If anything goes wrong with your electronics just take it back to Best Buy and have them deal with it.

for under $100 stuff that is breakable worth having - for piece of mind with super expensive items also works for me - the one year is better than the warranty though most the time it is a warranty repair anyway - but not when headsets fall apart and the like
