I deliver Pizza's all day long and I could never do my job without this GPS, its so user friendly and I love that you can save addresses on it. works great if you take frequent trips to places out of town like seaworld and Disney and such. If you do use it for a bigger place like a theme park though Google the GPS address because sometimes the normal address isnt the one you need to get there.

The tech support people are very well trained and having the protection plan reassures me that if something breaks, I can get it repaired or replaced.

The agent was very helpful in choosing the backup camera that was right for me and worked best with my vehicle.

Great product, worth the purchase. Ease of use, and directions are clear and concise, only wish the rear cam had a removable adhesive for the even of the need to transfer to another vehicle.

I used the 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection just after the first month and no question asked they were getting me a replacement and I decided to upgrade and they were able to swap it out with the replacement and only had to cover addiction cost unlike other protection plans I have had that would only cover the replacement and not let you upgrade

I always buy geek squad protection for electronic devices and it is pretty simple and easy way of securing products. I have claimed for few products like vacuum cleaner and TV and received BB gift card for the original purchased price. Highly recommended for electronic products

My Garmin stopped working while under the protection plan. When I returned it to Best Buy, the exact product was no longer available but a better product with more features was. Best Buy honored the Geek Squad protection and replaced the item no questions asked. And I was able to buy another plan for the new item. I am very impressed with Best Buy.

I purchased a protection plan with this gps for several reasons. First an foremost i need some reassurance that if a problem with this product should take place that i am covered in a replacment or repair situation. Next it give me peace of mind for future purchase knowing i am well taken care of with best buy backing me up if an accident should occur. All in all, it is always a smart decision to obtain protection coverage for any thing u buy because you never know when an where damage to it will take place.

Always good to have an accident plan with an item of this value.

I grabbed the warranty on this because if i get into an accident and it gets damage i know BestBuy will help me get eyes on the road quickly.

Having been very disappointed by some product and devices that are very complicated to set-up this Protection is the only way to be sure you will get accurate honest advice and help to get the best from your device.

Well, I just purchased this protection plan just in case cause it was affordable with great coverage. I may not get to use it but it is definitely peace of mind if I ever do need to use it in the future.
