The updating the firmware can also be a hassle at times, the camera wont function the same when it needs updating. The app is buggy at times and start up tends to freeze when powering up sometimes.

My current experience with the such Geek Squad overall is pathetic and far from satisfying. My PC is in transit since Nov 3rd when was shipped from California. Over a month after haven't arrived at my location in Thunderbird Store, Phoenix, AZ. Awful.

I'm started to rethink this policy since last time I was told my warrantied item they didn't have the part for. Seems that that should be up to them to fix not me out of luck. I still think for major purchases it's better to be safe than sorry.
