Geek squad repaired my laptop and did a great job. They are the only repair operation I trust.

Being covered is very helpful and I have used it for a lot of products this year. That being said I may not use it as much in the next coming years so the price is a bit High

So i thought I was paying $8 a month for replacement if broken . I didn’t know there was a $149 deductible. A bit shocked but I guess better than buying new phone for $700

Have been using Geek Squad since I purchased my most recent computer and if you get the right tech, all is wonderful, if you don't, not so good. Luckily I know the names of the best and as long as they work there, I will continue to use.

Good ease with the return from the clip constantly breaking

I don't lalways like to purchase protection plans but every time I purchase something pricy, I usually get them. I always purchase my electronics from either Best Buy or Costco because I trust more in their protection plan policies. Not like Wal-Mart! Just saying!

Everything is going fine with my San Disc, I haven't needed to use my 1 year Geek Squad Protection Plan, but it is nice knowing that the Geek Squad Protection Plan has me covered if any difficulties with my San Disc occurs.

Having the piece of mind that there is some sort of coverage on just about everything you purchase at BestBuy takes a load of my mind when a king purchases. I realize not everything can be covered but Geek Squad offers the widest range per product.

Now a day, we are facing too much new technology. It is better to have professionals who can help to solve the problems,

for items like these that are very delicate, I think it's always worth it to pay a little extra to have the insurance to replace your item.

I loved my Eclipse mp3 player. It was perfect for my morning kayaking trips. Unfortunately I accidentally sat on it & damaged it.....no, I killed it. The Geek Squad protection saved the day

Thought it was well worth the $ to protect these devices when owned by younger kids! I have used several times to get items replaced, ironically not because of kids but because of iPod malfunctions

I don't usually buy the extended insurance program, but I am glad I did with these headphones. They broke and they easily replaced with a brand new pair, no questions. Recommend

It's fairly easy to get a replacement. Just be sure to save all documentation.

I use music daily and need to have it at my fingertips. This device has truly allowed me to do that and more... the auto sync feature saves so much time. I would definitely recommend.

Had little use as the product did not need service. However I did go back to get help on how to use it. Very nice staff.

I have never in any other store received attention, help and support from any purchase plan. Best buy is the best and I will always purchase electronics from there
