I finally downloded Ipad for Dummies and after three weeks still cannot do a lot of basics. I think I am following instructions very closely and what I want to happen, doesn't happen. I know I am not a Geek, but I am a fairly intelligent person who can usually figure thinks out. I am about ready to return the Ipad before my 30 days are up. I don't have three to four hours a day to devote to learing how to use something I don't really need. I want, but don't need! Best Buy should offer courses for Seniors trying to catch up with the world.

Who can possibly pass up Geek coverage? Love Love Love Geek Squad !

1St bought the extra protection for my 1st kindle fire after I had another kindle and broke it without the proection plan. When my 1st fire's charging port went out right before my warranty ended I was able to take it back with my receipt and upgrade to the fire hd with no additional cost! I wasn't expecting that at all. The only thing I paid for was a new extended warranty. Bought both my teenagers the hd for Christmas along with the warranty also!

My friend could not respond as well as the GEEKs. They resolved my questions about the old PC and fixed it back to its original system. They formated the hard drive and then helped me purchase a newer more powerful PC. Set it up with all the required software I requested. They also help me select a tablet we were looking to buy. They also taught me how it works. I almost stopped using the PC.

Everything worked great when i first bought it. About a week after it just stoppped playingg videeos on youuttube.

I love my kindle and all the accessories just not that it doesn't have a break camera

I bought the warranty but I feel I didn't need it.

Hoping I never have to use it, but is good protection for electronic products

I love having the coverage in case I drop or damage my Kindle.

Great idea to have protection for things that might go wrong!

Needs to have hard copy of a manual to show how to use.If you are not computer literate it is hard to understand how to use.

I love the Kindle Fire, great product, I especially love the ability to change the size of the font when reading a book.

The Bluetooth on the home phone allows me to answer calls that come in from my cell phone on any of the handsets.

I bought the Geek squad service after speaking to the rep to try to prolong the life of my older computer. After turning in my computer (which took 3 weeks to get back to me) the Squad had completely disabled my internet functions. Their recommendation was that that I do a $100 backup, let them wipe the computer clean and purchase system disks so they can reupload. I can wipe a computer clean. They still have my computer 2 months later and are still trying to work out the issue. I have since bought a new computer. It is a totally useless service. Do not purchase.
