Geek Squad never fixed my issue!

I am happy now that it's all over but I was not happy with Geek Squad. My brand new laptop that was still under warranty got a virus and Geek Squad could not fix it. I had taken it 4 times to have it fixed and they could not get it fixed. On the 5th trip I asked for a replacement (rightfully so under the warranty guidelines) and they would not do it. I had to get ugly. Finally, the store manager, Justin at the Hoover, Alabama location handled the situation for me. He was great! He transferred all of my stuff to my new laptop at no charge to me. He did the right thing since I had paid so much for the warranty! Very thankful for him.

Geek Squad service us the best! Iorth every penny. I had an issue with a tablet and made an appointment by phone. There was no waiting and the tech resolved the problem in minutes.

Geek Squad Protection is a must have! Don't look at it as an exra cost to add on. Look at it as a cost saver because if/when your tablet flies out of your hand or it falls out of the car and the screen cracks or something inside breaks, maybe water or other liquid spills and damages it you won't be sorry to have bought a plan like this. Especially important for more expensive portable devices.

Never thought I would need support this soon but after only a couple of weeks I had a problem, could not connect to the internet. Called the Geeks Squad and received an appointment for later that day. Arrived for the appointment about 15 minutes early and the repair was completed in less than 10 minutes. So, I was out and, on my way, with everything working great before my scheduled appointment time. This is great peace of mind for a nontechnical person like me.

Total tech is a hassle-free repair program. They fixed a computer I had even before I had total tech. Other big box retailers offer a warranty at extra cost but then won't cover you because you must first exhaust the manufacturer's warranty where ever that happens to be. Now if something breaks I take it to best buy. They fix it. Period. I go home happy.

This warranty is the best on the market. They respond quickly and it really works. Excellent product.

This was not my purchase, my son got it as a present for his brother, and he loves it. We first got a refurbished on but it did not work, Chase at the Warner Robins store helped us a worked with us to find the perfect tablet. Great product.

haven't had to use this as of yet. From what I have heard depending on the issue. should be easy. Some geek squad employees are better than others. Most are gamer type and don't really know much more that what a computer can do outside of gaming
