what I paid for for this plan and the nominal deductible was worth with. like a duffus I dropped my $1000 device and paid a $150 deductible, new device was at my door the next day.

We haven't had to use the Geek protection on this item yet, but have used it on past items. Love being able to just bring the item to the store and talk to someone in person!

I feel good knowing the Geek Squad has my back.. they’ve never let me down. If I have a problem I know it’s going to be resolved quickly and effectively

I would always recommend gig squad to anybody bringing your product anything wrong with it they will fix it at a reasonable amount of time

Greek squad is good opption to protect ... is important.

My kiddo loves it. The screen is pretty dim. But he doesn't seem to mind it.

I always buy the protection on products from bestbuy no matter what it is. It’s worth it to spend the extra change to have my product covered especially when it involves accidental handling like a cracked screen!

i love to have accidental plan protection its very useful to me because my son is super wild boy, i dont need to worry if he accidentally broke i have a protection.

The agents are very knowledgeable and very usefule if your kids happen tondrop there's and crack screen only down side is it takes a while for repairs during holidays

is great that best buy offer this protection for the equipment that you buy, and is easy to get, i hope I never used, but if I will use, best buy will be supported excellent.

My Grandson is truely enjoying his new 43” TV, he watches all of his favorite shows & he plays his PlayStation 5 on it. He’s soo happy !

I can't begin to stress enough how important this is for your peace of mind regarding your purchases. I also can't imagine anyone passing on this protection because trust me, when you need it, you'll be glad you did.

Had a tablet that stopped working. The Geek Squad sent it right out to get it repaired. Contacted me to let me know it couldn’t be repaired and help to get a replacement.

Having geek squad protection is great to have as it is convenient to use should you have a problem with your electronics. Take it in or call and problem gets fixed without you having to figure out what’s wrong.

What can you say about Geek squad protection, simply the Geek squad keeps me coming back to Best Buy. Without the Geek Squad Best Buy would be just another store...
