Luckily i haven't had to use this plan yet. If i hadn't purchased it im sure we would have a different story. But this projection gives me peace of mind.

Comes in handy and not just with kids. I always try to get this. Worth it. Accidentally drop or spill something on computer or game system it will get fixed as long as it has the accidental plan

Purchased as a backup for "Just in Case". Glad to have it and glad that we didn't have to use it. With all the accidents that could happen it nice to have.

Love the protection it adds. I've only had to use it a few times with various devices but if you're clumsy like me it's worth the little extra money.

They are awesome to only thing when you remove some they should fix back but I know they don’t do that

I purchase it to keep from being sorry that I didn't. I use it a lot. I just make the appointment, show up at the appointment, and Geek Squad just takes care of it.

I’ve had a geek warranty on one of my husbands reader and when he accidentally dropped it you where nice enough to replace it. He dropped it in water.

Been great so far, even with kids using it. No scratches and cleans easy.

I got this to use at my kids weddings for playing music. It has worked well so far, but only in the downloading playlists stage right now.

Great plan for this tablet! When I have problems With my tablet I take it right to Best Buy, and they replace it for me. Really worth the extra money.

I have not had to use it on this item. But I had the warranty on an iPod 5th gen and was really glad I did. Had to use it more than once on that item. But I think it has changed as far as what it covers since then so you would need to check really well what it covers. It replaced it with a new not refurbished one for me.

I have not needed to use the geek squad but I am glad to know I have it with all of my purchases as I go along with my digital purchases.
