    Geek Squad is always there to help. I haven't had any problems with my Tab E, but they were very helpful with a couple questions I had about it. They also didn't try to upsale a more expensive tablet. Kudos Geek Squad!

    The cost of the plan is a little steep as it is half the cost of the surface pro but I still think it’s worth it because if anything happens to it, I can get it fixed and if it’s not fixable, I get a brand new one.

    Glad I got it for the kids fire tablets. They work great but the connection to the charger can wear and the battery has died on a couple of the so the extra warrenty is great
