There isn't a song to skip on this album. Soulful lyrics, a little rock, a little pop, and a LOT of heart in this 10 track CD. The album theme is "live in the moment" and is a nice change from the usual message in today's music. Song Highlights: * "Brand New Day" (also the theme song for the TV show "Lie to Me") * "Breathe" * title track "11:59" * "Losing Your Memory" - really amazing production on this one. Bagpipes and a tribal beat really bring the song to life. Very cinematic! * "Start a Fire" - this is total pop/dance/rock and is a fun song to turn up the volume to! What's great is that Ryan has an incredible voice and you can really hear it on this album. Not over produced like many pop albums out there - you can hear the vocals front and center, as well as individual instruments. My only complaint is that there are too few songs on the album! You can head to iTunes for bonus tracks, which I think really complete the whole package. Wish they had all been included in the retail version!
