I love this movie. This is one of Terry Gillian's best movies in my opinion. The cast is really good with Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt. Arrow put out a really nice collector's edition with a lot of special features. Definitely a must for Sci Fi and time travel fans

This is just an all over sci-fi action classic when i seen this at the theaters i was just blown away. Nuff" said.

A really well made sci-fi movie with an interesting premise.

Despite the fact that this is an incredible movie, this particular release is phenomenal! Arrow really outdid themselves on this steelbook! It is absolutely gorgeous on top of the fact that Arrow really takes the time and energy to capture the nuances of film, including special features that rival most other boutique labels. If you are not up on Arrow releases, get your stuff together!

This can almost always be found in BB's various "$7 discount bins" of blu-rays, and it's certainly worth that. The video isn't extraordinary, but certainly an upgrade over the DVD, and the audio is where it's at with an excellent lossless 5.1 track. It's also got some nice, and not overwhelming, amount of bonus material. Certainly worth a pick up for fans of the film or Terry Gilliam and/or Bruce Willis.

12 Monkeys has always been an enjoyable movie, even if you only enjoy it for the great sets and locations, never mind the psych ward cross eyed crazy haired Brad Pitt. For a movie in the 5 dollar Blu-Ray bin in my opinion it's worth it. The plot is interesting, I've always been a fan of post apocalyptic time travel movies and this has a Mad Max meets Terminator feel.

I really enjoyed rewatching this classic movie. It perfectly captures themes of 2020 with a global pandemic and tiger lovers. Terry Gilliam has created another magical world you always will enjoy revisiting. Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt are excellent.

It's a shame that Terry Gilliam used filters on the cameras. It takes away from the clarity. This film will never look that great but it's a decent flick to watch and Pitt, Stowe and Willis bring their A-game to this one. Solid performances.

On one of my favorite time traveling flicks, 12 Monkeys was just a whimsical purchase for me since it was lacking in my collection, and I know how awesome of a film it is. Getting sent back in time to hep stop a plague on the human race is a pretty big deal.

This is quite an interesting movie. It shows a different outlook of the effects of time travel while still creating a linear timeline for the main character. If you haven't seen it, it's definitely worth buying and watching a couple times!

The film's depiction of 2035 is a celebration of sorts for a future that's filled with madness and doom. The art direction and set designs are phenomenal, given the film was released in 1995.

This is one of Terry Gilliam's best efforts. It features a dizzying plot, eye-popping visuals and excellent performances. If you enjoy science fiction and/or time travel films, you should definitely check out this film.

12 monkeys will always be in my top 10 favorite movies. I would fall asleep to the VHS a few times a week for a couple years. I'm so glad I have it on Blu-ray now the quality is so much better. And it was cheaper then the VHS I bought.

just as the title states of this review, this movie has a fine twist and it deals with time travel as well, this movie will require a seconding viewing as well to get a better grasp of it.

I watched the first season of Twelve Monkeys on the Sy-Fy channel and wanted to see the original movie. Best Buy didn't disappoint - I found the Blu-ray version for only $5.

Picked this up on BD at Best Buy on sale. Haven't watched it in years and missed it. Worth repeat-viewing but could hardly tell the BD over my DVD. Still, if you can get it cheap like I did, it's worth the upgrade.

I can still remember how excited I was the first time I watched this. If you haven't seen it, there are great twists. If you have seen it, the price can't be beat.

This movie proved that Gilliam could make any actor interesting. This showed untold depth for Brad Pitt and proved that Pulp Fiction was no fluke for Bruce Willis (although he has gotten lazy again).

The movie was stellar, and the steelbook design itself was Interesting and unique. The booklet is also fascinating.
