I watched this as a teen. Now I’m in my 30’s. Very cute movie about coming of age. And learning to follow your heart. Definitely one of the better movies I’ve seen starring Mark or Jennifer.

Bought this for my wife since it's one of her favorites. I'm usually not that into this type of stuff but for what it is, it's pretty enjoyable.

This is a cute movie for anyone who was pushed around in junior high by the more popular kids. To get a wish like this would be really neat! To know then what I know now, would have been a wonderful advantage over those snobby girls we all had in high school. Am I right? This movie is cute, funny and heart warming. It's a feel good movie about growing up and knowing that just because someone's "cool" in school, doesn't mean they will turn out that way as an adult!

Best word to describe it? It's a tie between cute and feel-good. It is indeed a chick-flick, so men, beware... but it does give a warming feeling about how all the burdensome stereotypes people grow up with finally become favorable in the future. (In high school, the best-looking popular girls and guys rule the place...so the average kids strive to rise and fit in... but by adulthood it's the average folk who step up) It's a good message teen girls should look into and it's also quite entertaining at the same time. I would watch this over again.

13 going on 30 is a movie about a girl who is 13, after a party she wishes she were older. When she wakes up the next day she is 30. She has a career as a magazine editor who has a boyfriend even though she still has the mentality of a 13 year old. It is a funny movie although it is somewhat of a "Chick flick". Guys, it is funny so although you may not want to get it yourself buying it for a significant other wouldn't hurt watching it together.

This is a great chick flick and good for a weekend in with the girls. Acting is great from both Mark Ruffalo and Jennifer Garner! I would recommend this movie to any one who wants to reminisce about their youth just a little!
