Freaking Awsome movie .... The story makes me mad how this was allowed to happen but this movie was a great war time movie I'm just sad there was truth to this. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Read the book then watched the movie. Movie follows the book very closely. The Movie was awesome and I have watched it several times. Action packed and true. One of my favorite lines is "Can't put a price on living with yourself".

Movie keeps you glued to your seat. Good action and good story of some very heroic young men .

It was all I thought it would be on the edge of your seat action rooting for the good guys, felt like you were right there with them, knowing it was based on true events, you have history on dvd to remember, Thank You to all that fight for our freedom❤

best of Michael Bay, think the Rock, Armageddon, not the Transformers series, as in: great actions, big explosions, but with characters and story you actually care about. Picture Quality of the 4K HDR/Dolby Vision is amazing, consider the older 1080p Blu Ray was already pretty fantastic by its own right.

This was an amazing and heart wrenching movie, it will make you angry that the government didn't respond faster and save lives that should of been not had to die. Action packed and also filled with human emotion, we all loved it.

Excellent action and a great true story that most people have forgotten about. One of the few films to come out of liberal Hollywood that throws shade on the Obama era administration that allowed this to happen. Both Hillary and Obama did nothing to prevent it and nothing to help while it happened and provided lame excuses about what sparked it. Highly recommended!!

The movie speaks for itself. As an avid 4k movie lover, I can tell you that some films released in 4k look better than others. This film is one of them. The 4K quality looks awesome. The aerial views of Benghazi look like the quality you would see on Planet Earth. Very pleased I re-bought in 4k.

Fantastic PQ and Atmos audio. Good use of HDR; some impressive LFE. The acting and story are adequate for an action pic.

Possibly the only good movie Michael Bay has ever done, and it's a real nail biter. It's not preachy, it simply shows you what happened, and leaves it to you to decide who's at fault, if you're concerned about politics.

I really was suprised I thought it was a pretty great film with intense action and well acted by the cast especially John Krasinski. If you like to watch ISIS getting shot or blow up in pieces, you'll love this movie.

I had heard great reviews regarding this movie and I'm glad that I purchased it. I've watched it twice since I bought it and I'm very satisfied. It's full of action and I really enjoy watching movies of this caliber!

Very good movie but they backed off of a lot of the true story of why th were left stranded. They did make a few good references

I upgraded 13 Hours from Blu-ray and it was definitely worth it, which I cannot say the same for every movie I’ve upgraded.

The steelbook edition of 13 Hours is really rather nice. It has excellent artwork on it and the build quality is great as well. The blu ray's video and audio quality is fantastic and the selection of bonus features/behind-the-scenes is nice as well. Here's a breakdown of the special features. - "For the Record: Finding the Truth Amid the Noise" (1080p, 8:02): A short yet fascinating look at the real history leading up to the events of September 11 and 12 in Libya, the administration's claim that the situation evolved in response to an Internet video and the political firestorm that followed, the book written in the aftermath, Michael Bay's passion for the project, and the survivors' input into the movie. - "Uncovering Benghazi's Secret Soldiers" (27:34): A look at the work of contract security personnel, interviews with the real people who were in Benghazi, a tour of the main sets made for the movie (including pointing out small discrepancies), stories from the men's time in country, the collaboration and camaraderie between the actors and the real people they portray, performances, the Shadow Warriors Project, and more. - "Preparing for Battle: Behind the Scenes of 13 Hours" (26:24): Michael Bay's work behind the camera, intensity on the set, the picture's look and tone, technical details behind the shoot, ensuring realism in the film, actor training, shooting in Malta, crafting key action scenes, and the movie's purpose. - "Operation: 13 Hours Premiere" (3:00): Inside the movie's premiere at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. - "In Memoriam" (2:58): Amazing Grace plays atop photos of the deceased. The movie itself is very well put together and, given the nature of the story and the politics surrounding it it was (surprisingly given Michael Bay's directorial "finesse "), quite competently executed. If you like the action, historical, or drama genres, pick this up. It's a story that needed to be told and heard and it's well worth it.
