I didn’t expect a laptop to make me feel this way, but the Apple MacBook Air 13-inch (M5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) truly surprised me. From the moment I opened the box, the Sky Blue color caught my attention — it feels calm, clean, and honestly a little inspiring. It’s not just a device, it feels like something you want to use every day. As someone who works long hours and also studies, I needed something reliable. This MacBook has made my daily life easier in ways I didn’t expect. It’s fast, smooth, and never feels like it’s struggling — even when I have many things open at once. That gives me peace of mind, especially on busy days. What I love the most is how effortless everything feels. No noise, no overheating, no stress. I can sit anywhere — at home, at work, or outside — and just focus on what I need to do. The battery lasting all day means I don’t have to keep worrying about finding a charger, which sounds small but actually makes a big difference. It’s also incredibly light, and I carry it with me everywhere now. It feels like a part of my routine, not a burden. This is my first MacBook ever, and it has not disappointed! I got the Sky Blue 13” MacBook Air M5, and this MacBook is a beast. I am able to do all of your normal browsing and productivity tasks, while also doing heavy computing for school. I’ve barely scratched the surface for what this machine can do, and I am excited to learn more. I was hesitant about going this over the new MacBook Neo, but I’m happy with my choice. Upgraded from 2021 M1 iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard. Absolutely worth every penny. Cheaper than the last MacBook Air and iPhone 17 Pro!

I was raised w/Macs so returning to one was refreshing. I'd tried a PC for a few months, and though the touch screen was great, the windows ecosystem was against my neurodivergent brain. I will say that the cloud storage they give you is NOT enough, and the terabyte from the Microsoft subscription is still needed. Apple's 'mail' program is weird, so outlook is also still needed. I was shocked last night to discover the plug is 'smart' - it decides how to charge the battery, and if it wants to go 100% or never above 98... The HP just had a brick of a plug! This thing is lighter, more elegant and thinks! But you have to bring your own AI. Ok... That's cool. How else will it surprise me! Ps - I gave it 4 stars for display because the HP had gotten me used to touch screens, and the Mac has these tiny scrollbars they default doesn't even turn on!

I love this laptop. It integrates seamlessly to my other Apple products. Switching from my 10+ year old Macbook Pro was a breeze. I literally turned on the new laptop, logged in to my Apple account, and it moved *everything* with ease. Even my browsers and logins from my previous laptop. The features make writing, editing, etc. a BREEZE. It's been an absolute game changer working between windows or having multiple open. The battery life is INSANE. I can work almost a full day with multiple windows open, a bluetooth mouse, and tabs for days. Brilliant.

We got two - One for my spouse(Sky Blue). It replaced my Lenovo Legion Slim(2024), who's usb c port stopped working, and it could not be replaced. We are first time MAC users and took a bit of getting used to coming from Windows. Its a great value device with all the hardware excellence of Apple quality and great integration within its ecosystem (Love the phone mirroring and continuity feature). I am locked in atleast in the near foreseeable future. Looking forward to how Apple Intelligence evolves as M5 is supposedly built for higher AI performance.

the computer is great, I have always liked apples. The only thing that I DID NOT LIKE about my purchase was the woman who helped me said that if I join the reward program its 50$ per year and that I can sign up now and I won't be charged. but that it would be an automatic charge the following year and that I can cancel anytime. Well when I left and got home I looked at my receipt and they charged me the 50$ and I TRIED TO USE THE 100$ REWARDS I GET for getting the card and it won't work!!! Very Frustrating.

Best laptop I’ve ever had. Three weeks in and I’m still obsessed. It’s fast, the battery lasts all day without me even thinking about a charger, and the screen looks absolutely beautiful. Everything just works — no lag, no frustration, no compromises. For the price, I honestly can’t believe how good this thing is. If you’re on the fence, just get it. You won’t regret it.

For Months I was hesitant to purchase a MacBook because I already have an IPad mini (a17) and a Fully Built Custom Pc. I wanted something With A good amount of Power to Handle My School work, Web Browsing, watching Movies, and Editing Videos as I dabble into videography. This is exactly what I needed. So Far it runs Great with the M5. I needed a Laptop with these kind of Capabilities. It gets the job done.

I think my 13" screen Macbook Air is great. And I don't miss having a smaller screen. And I think that it does everything and more my very old MacBook pro did. Just easy to use and great features. Did learn, however, that you must use light touch on the mouse or you'll get "no windows" and things won't work.

I needed to replace my old Mac air that quit on me thanks to the Manager (a tall African American that watched the salesperson and help guide him and insert important info to me about the product and services If he wasn't there I would have walked out and drove 60 miles to the nearest Apple Store

This laptop performs the way expected! Once I got it setup and connected to my new monitor I went right to work. The operating system is intuitive, processing speed is great, keyboard is the right size and screen is clear and crisp, I couldn’t be happier.

This model is super fast and light weight. I'd say the battery life is much better than even the m4 air. Worth the price especially if you're upgrading from M1-M3 or even more from an old intel model. This would be great for most everyone.
