At last a thriller without all the blood and gore. Alone in a dark room with a good surround sound will give you the shivers.

Good movie...but rent it rather than buy it. Special effects are a bit over the top in many instances. Ending is pretty satisfying. Worth a watch, not a buy.

I enjoyed this movie. It made me think the whole time. It was very entertaining. If you like scary movies this is a good one.

probably one of the better stephen king adaptations in over 20 years on film.the movie is good, it's just not very scary.john cusack gives a great performance and samuel l. jackson does great work(for less than 10 minutes)it suffers a little from the dreaded pg-13 syndrome.playing it safe and by the numbers for the studio.so overall.i say it's a good but not great horror film.

Come on a guy trapped in a motel room how cool is that.
