Big Disappointment

I have not received the microsoft office software yet that was purchased with the laptop when purchased on January 22, 2019. There was difficulty with adding my printer. Received error messages that the drivers needed to be updated and a screen popped up to pay to update the printer drivers.

Awful computer

Unfortunally the laptop never worked properly for me. Extremely slow to the point where I had to return the computer. Very unhappy with my experience.
