The computer is meeting all my work and home (personal) needs. I also watch movies and TV on it. I've been very satisfied - no issues at all. Fast, crisp; everything is working fine. I would add that at first, I bought this computer as a floor model that had been certified by Best Buy, thinking I would save some money. I took that product home, and It was awful. It should NEVER have been out back in the floor for resale. I returned that floor model and got the factory model, after an hour of trying to get the first one to boot up. Lesson: don't buy a floor model (especially a computer) that Best Buy is selling - buy the factory model.

FOR the price this is a fast ,easy to set up computer. A beautiful 17" screen, great processor ,and HD. Would like to see how difficult adding ram would be but not in a hurry. No touch screen but that's what I was looking for so. All I all just what I needed.

Having always had a desktop, I am thrilled with my new laptop. It is very fast and the pictures are beautiful. I like the large screen and it recharges very quickly. We used it today to stream live news about Harvey and it was great, Very glad I bought it.

Used mostly for spreadsheets, the large screen and numeric keypad are well-suited for pouring over Office docs. Good specs and performance for a laptop under the $600 price point.

I purchased this laptop because I wanted a larger screen and faster processor than my previous laptop. It is not the top of the line computer, but then again, that's not what I need. As far as the performance, I am very impressed. One thing I must point out is the keyboard doesn't feel very sturdy. It feels like it is not built to last very long. If you are a heavy typer, you may want to keep this in mind. Staying with the theme of the keyboard, I wish this laptop had a backlit keyboard, although I don't recall HP laptops having this feature on any of their laptops. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

I use this for simple web browsing and logging in to work from home. It has a nice size screen, good specs, and a decent price. Glad I got it.

This is actually the second HP of this model that I purchased. I purchased one earlier in the year and unfortunately it got damaged in the Florida hurricane. I am just as happy with this one. It boots up quickly, has more ram then I need (admittedly I am not a graphic artist or anything but it seems great) the display is great and it is also a nice lean machine. You can’t beat it for about 400 bucks! Big fan of it and will be sticking with HP as long as they keep producing products like this.

My old computer was falling apart and just not fast enough. We like the HP brand and found this one on sale for a great price. It works good for what we need it for.

My husband wanted a larger screen laptop and this fit the bill. It was fairly easy to set up.

Great! Quick and doesn’t take you through unnecessary steps. And the price was really good.

Very fortunate to get an HP laptop. Can now watch movies, as well. Does not have some features that others have at about the same price, Does not have color coding on keyboard, or some of the features. No sizable latch to open the laptop without holding upper and lower parts of laptop. Yet, it is good for someone looking to save money.

Very nice computer big screen good picture fast and efficient only downfall is the weight

Great laptop for what I need from it. Fast big and portable around the house.

After reading reviews of many different laptops, I knew exactly what I was getting and HP delivered as expected. This machine fits my personnal needs with ease. Jake from the Jensen Beach store directed me to an HP 4520 printer at a deeply discounted price! Time to put my old HP 7600 printer out to pasture!! Fast, and alot of memory. Hokd alot of programs and doesn't lag. Like the big screen also.

I had my old HP Pavilion DV7 for about 5 1/2 years, it recently died so I spent some time looking at reviews to find a suitable replacement. I settled on this laptop and I'm very happy I did. I see some reviews about the computer being slow out of the box, this was not the case with my computer. Granted, the computer went through a few updates at first which is to be expected but other than that its a great PC. I work on the computer for 7-8 hours a day and look forward to having a suitable replacement.

I think it's a great laptop has enough storage (1TB), a good processor (Intel Core i5), large 17-inch screen, memory reader, USB ports, hdmi, etc,. the antivirus software I had to uninstall it because sometimes put a little slow my pc. but I think that for the price this very well made the purchase so I recommend it at the moment it has not given me major inconveniences.

Nice laptop - I like the bigger screen. Works great and setup was easy.
