My personal favorite war movie of all time now. Cinematography is outstanding and has a great story. Great steelbook for any movie fan out there.

If you have not seen this it is something else. From start to finish it will have you on edge of your seat. it is not as good as Private Ryan but its up there

The film is a splendid show of exceptional beauty! The camera work, cinematography, and production are extraordinarily fine This is a grand filmmaking feat!

It's a good movie. Better than the other war movie that came out at the same time, Midway. There are no large battles like other World War movies. The characters are not fight a battle but trying to deliver a message. There are famous people in this movie but they are minor roles.

One of Better WWI movies of recently. Very good story line. 4K now brings out even more realistic war images.

Good story, and fantastic cinematography. If you were moved by watching Saving Private Ryan, you will most likely have some of the same emotion when watching this movie.

This movie is incredible. I have no idea how they did the camera rigging to get half of these shots. Its a beautiful film with an amazing story. Highly recommend.

Great movies, based on director/producer/writer's grandfathers experiences in WWI. Like Saving Private Ryan, best played with volume at 11.

Excellent movie, and the quality of watching movies in 4k, exceeds both image and sound far from watching on any internet platform.

This was a very interesting story. The action was decent, nice cinematography, could have given some character build up and he had more lives than a cat. Don’t know how he made it through some of the circumstances, that’s what makes it worth watching. I didn’t really know what to expect, but it was a good ride.

Great visuals and storyline keeping you hooked into the movie following a young soldier through a mission to get a message to a commander. A must see...war is hell

This is a truly fantastic film. The steelbook is simple, but has a very nice gloss finish with embossed title. The only issue is it seems a lot of copies were scratched up.

This is a movie that everybody should have in their collection. From the storytelling to the visual imaging this is a tour de force. Yes this takes place in World War I

Beautiful filmed in one continuous shot. Definitely a movie to keep you on the edge of your seat. Warning! Movie definitely doesn’t skip on the gory details.

1917 is an extremely well done movie. Zeroing in on two men's experiences over a 2 day period on the front lines, makes the movie very personal. Highly recommended.

Great movie! The action scenes are excellent!! I would definitely recommend this historical war movie!! I would also recommend the 4K Saving Private Ryan movie.
