If you are a VanHalen fan, this album is a must have. Their song writing and composition skills were significantly improved by the time 1984 was recorded. Excellent production as well.

Since the death of Eddie Van Halen it’s harder to get Van Halen discs so I was surprised to see this and grabbed it at a great price. It’s a classic with the hit song Jump.

Well, if you were alive when the "Real" MTV began, you will never be able to get the image of David Lee Roth in fishnets out of your head either, so welcome to the club! This is a classic album.. must have!

Van Halen's 1984 is a classic, nothing but hits for even the slightest fan of the band. I'm still partial to the David Lee Roth era whence this album comes from. Nothing against Sammy Hagar, I just prefer DLR's voice.

Some great, rockin' songs are on this CD. I owned it previously, but lost it and had to replace it. They still had David Lee Roth, at this time. Not that I didn't like Sammy, but he should have stayed solo.

This re-master sounds great. I think possibly better than the original... less to no hiss and instrumentation is a little more pronounced. But it and also keep the original. Both are must haves.

I remember buying this tape when it first cake out. A classic. Some of EVH’s great work. Definitely will always have a copy of this. This is 4th time I’ve bought it

Van Halen is one of those bands that transcends time! Their musical notes, lyrics and arrangements are truly priceless. This is pure unadulterated rock at its finest!

I got this cheap and figured I would compare it to the last remaster. I'm no audiophile, so can't really tell a difference. Still a blast all these years later.

The remastered is even better than the prior remastered cd! Of course you have the hits "jump, panama, hot for teacher". The last good cd with Diamond Dave!!!

My album is getting up there in years and use so I got the CD to preserve this classic album.

Van Halen rocks. This album was Van Halen with David Lee Roth. In my opinion Van Halen was at its best with him as lead singer.

Setting a high water mark for 80's "hair bands", the original Van Halen screams excess. A must have for anyone who remembers the awesome 80's.

I grew up with this group! The price was a easy decision for getting the music. My wife also loves the group.

Great disc, brings me back to my youth. Yes its a bit awkward with eddie on the synthesizer but there is plenty of guitar as well.

Was a cool find at Bust Buy in the small pile of CD's that are left after they discontinued selling them.

A great "pump your adrenaline" sound driving to and from work. The last album with David Lee Roth as lead singer until 2012.

Takes you back to the days of real rock and roll. Eddie rules. David Lee Roth as well as it should be.
