After doing research and comparing to a fitbit( which I have had 2 previously), I decided to try the Garmin Vivofit 2. Got it for my birthday in early June and have loved it. Bought extra pastel wrist bands with it. Can wear continuously, even in the shower and in the spa. It monitors movements very well and I loved being able to easily sync and see results on my laptop. But, yesterday, about 10 weeks after purchase, as I walked through my kitchen, I felt something fall. The vivofit 2 unit had fallen out of the wristband and slid across the floor. When I picked it up, I found that a small plastic piece that secures it to the wristband had broken off. I don't know if it just happened with that fall or if it had broken off at a different time. I did not find the piece on the floor. Now, it will not stay in the wristband and is useless. I did buy the 2 year warranty with it so I will make a trip to Best Buy this morning to try and replace it. It almost feels like the wrist bands might stretch over time and maybe the unit isn't as secure as it is in a new band. (just my observation)

I had a HP Envy x 360. I had issues with it right away and sent it in for repair. The repairs where horrible. Things where loose, falling apart and in worse condition than when I sent it in and the screen was broken when I got it back. BTW: first week of ownership. Store manager wanted to send it back again. I owned it 1 week and waited nearly 3 weeks for repairs and now he wanted to send my business computer away for another three weeks. I convinced him to replace the computer which he did....and made me pay for another Geek Squad protection plan.....AFTER 1 WEEK!!! This time I've had the computer for about a year. there was a problem with the touchpad and the cheap rubber feet on the bottom had all fallen off. I know thats an issue with HP and not geek squad. $1000.00 for a computer and they put cheap stickers on for feet. Anyway, the feet where one of the main issues I sent it in for. After another three long weeks waiting for my computer I finally got it back today. No feet. More scratches on my desk I guess. and just as a bonus they deleted Google Chrome for some unknown reason.
