I always purchase my electronics from Best Buy. They have the best warranty hands down. I have never had a problem returning a defective product.

When I bought my daughter her tablet to play on we went on vacation and she shattered the screen, then the charging port stopped working. After that I took it back to the store and was able to return it for a brand new one with no questions asked.
