I have gotten this type deal on two devices of which came in handy. I got it on a camera and a tablet, both were gifts. It worked wonderful because it was either it gets fixed (as long as costs don't exceed price to replace) or got a new one. The recipient has used it on both items. And I am very pleased with how easy it was for them (spouse) to do that. Good purchase for key electronics.

A small price to pay for the security of knowing that my tablet will be protected against any potential accidents. Especially when dealing with children, this is a MUST buy!

i bought it before on a game it went bad after about 4 months they replaced it with a new one right away

Very customer friendly . Good product . No issues so far

When we purchased a tablet for one of my children we thought it would be a good idea to have this "REPLACEMENT" plan. When the charger port broke this evening we went to best buy to get a replacement. Long story short, this plan is USELESS if you purchased this plan when the product it was covering is on sale! You are stuck paying the difference now if it is not on sale. When you purchase a replacement plan you would be able to replace the product with any problems, Not be asked to pay the difference of the sale price. The price is pretty minimal however that is not the point of this.
