If you drop things easily, this is needed. Ive accidentally dropped mine 4 times since owning it because of my motor functions failing and this is a life saver. If you have motor issues or cant grasp things with your hands well, I do recommend spending the money to get this.

The warranty they offer is amazing I’m a otr truck driver made a purchase a little over 2 months ago and it stopped working I got home went to my local Best Buy walked in and they had my item delivered to my house the next day the whole Process took less then 5 minutes

I love having the protection plan because I can always go in to the Simi Valley store and get my electronics fixed. Never have to wait long, the geek squad seems very knowledgeable and is always professional and friendly

Won’t buy another product from BestBuy without geek squad protection! 40$ is way cheaper than a new monitor, 30$ is much cheaper for a 1000$gaming pc and you get to add a new protection plan to the new product

We've been wating a VR headset for awhile and it did not disappoint. The battery on the device runs oit kind of fast for us but it last for awhile with a thrid party battery attachment.

Great protection plan my daughters oclulas stopped charging took the back to best buy to see if they could fix them . They replaced them with a new pair on the spot .Great service

I get these protection service offers for the larger electronics, but hardly ever have to use. The one time i had to use...the staff was very helpful and courteous

Its an amazing device! you can play, watch tv or even exercise, when you watch movies it makes you feel like you are part of the movie. Absolutely recommend it!

My child isn't to rough on things but I'm glad I got the geek squad protection just in case! Sometimes these things go bad before the 2 year's because something mechanical.

I Rick man people get the #Warranty just in case an accident happens and your son or your daughter. Whoever using it drops it and breaks it.

I had to use the 2 year protection plan in my first pair of Ray Ban meta Glasses…. When they had exactly 1 month of use. It was very easy and quick to use the waranty and get a new pair, but I got very dissapointed to know that the warranty will be void after the first use, so those 23 months left are just lost. I did get the 2 yesr protection plan again, and now I’ve paid almost half my glasses’ worth in warranties. Double-edged sword.

Hopefully i never have to use this, but if i do, i feel good that my issues will be resolved. It great peace of mind, just in case.

Got this but hope I don't have to use. This is second one I have got and the other tore up when had 23 months so wanted to be safe with this one.
