Went to exchange an item I had did all the troubleshooting so thankfully they realized they said everything I did is what they would have done they recommended I exchange it in order to keep my protection plan and not utilize it for something that they knew I already took care of.

[Employee of bestbuy] Worth the small pay to replace a defective item immediately! It's a simple process when it comes to small appliances, security cameras, headphones, and controllers. If it breaks or stops working all of a sudden, it will be replaced or refunded back to a store credit with no expiration date.

I'm not going to lie to you, the protection plans are one of the things that keep making me come back to Best buy to purchase my more expensive products. Anytime I've ever had an issue with anything covered by the protection plan they were quick to MAKE IT RIGHT. I've had to use protection plan on two computers, four Samsung watches, and a pair of Bose headphones. In each case Best buy either replaced with the same product or even allowed me to upgrade when the same product was having problems. I know that the value the protection plans can sometimes be extremely expensive on the more pricier products, but trust me... you're very happy you bought it when you need it. As long as Best buy doesn't get too greedy with the protection plan price I will probably continue buying my products from your store.

I know im hard on things especially screens. Last time i bought a watch i didnt get snt protection plans and cracked it the same week. It mad me sad and i didnt have the money to fix it, so this go around i did this plan and know i wont have any issues.

I have had the Garmin Epix 2 since it launched in 2020. My only complaint was the battery life due to the Always-On display. Having extra watchfaces and apps all eat into your battery life. I was down to 4 days before needing a charge. The Garmin Epix Pro 51mm solves that issue. I now have 11 days of battery with the Always-On Display. Having the built-in LED flashlight is so handy too. The screen looks sharper but it could be the benefit of the larger screen. The new built-in watchfaces are pretty cool too. If you really want to dress it up, get the Garmin QuickFit 26 Vented Titanium Bracelet in the matching color. Very easy to adjust to size and gives the watch that classic statement piece look.

Great experience with the protection plan! My phone and TV broke within the 5 year plan and they fixed / replaced no questions asked. I always get the protection plan at best buy with every purchase due to the positive experience.
