I have had a few fitbits and while their customer service is great in the first year, I have had issues that have led me to use this. Much better deal than walking away with nothing.

i can't stress enough not to get coverage on devices your going to use alot it pays for itself when you need to replace it

Glad I purchased 2 yr warranty through Best Buy. My fit bit started coming apart where the rubber met the face. No problems encountered when I went to Best Buy to make return.

If you have an issue with your Fitbit, they will exchange it. So many things can go wrong with a piece of electronics you wear 24/7, from sweat to tearing the band. Totally worth it.

Having the accidental replacement is key. I have little kids that think its fun to pick up the scale. So far I haven't needed it but nice peace of mind for very little money.

This protection plan was used for the Fitbit I didn’t have to pay anything to get a whole new Fitbit.

I bought the insurance plan because devices that small tend to break quite easily. I wanted to make sure I could get a replacement if something happened to it.

MY POLICY ALLOWED ME TO GET A NEW FITBIT WHEN MY OTHER ONE FAILED.

If you're wondering whether the replacement warranty is worth it, it is. I'll never buy a wearable device without this warranty!

My band broke on my watch and i had the two year warranty. Went to the store no questions asked and a brand new watch with a new two year warranty.

Totally recommended. My Charge band starting coming apart after about a year and since I had this they replaced it for free and in no time.

These trackers only really last about a year so getting the protection plan is a smart idea.

My wife's Fitbit was not working correctly just after one year of the purchase date. I got replaced (no cost, no worries).

The Fitbit HR has worked great for when i cycle, even though its not meant for that. I mainly use it for the Heart Rate function. The app for my iPhone is great and very intuitive. I highly recommend it for cycling if you are only trying to measure your effort metrics.
