Customer service was excellent. I brought in my PS5 that was broken and they replaced it the same day with a brand new one awesome.

I think this a great option for peace of mind just incase the device stops working.

Purchased afterthefact on an online/pickup at store purchase. Employe added to my purchase and it was quick and painless. I hope to never use it!nut it's nice having the peace of mind on a $700 purchase.

This PS5 had worked properly and just been amazing to play since upgrading (I would recommend the geek squad protection as well)

I have always put the geek squad warranty on my products. Gives me peace of mind. Having used the warranty on other consoles and seeing how quick and easy it was to get things replaced this was a no brainer.

From purchase to claim I have no worries at all about my device. From fixing to replacing there are no issues with the process.

I have this on my LG 65"C9, PS5, speaker system. Highly recommended for electronics IMHO. Better safe than sorry in my book.

It’s pretty expensive and I don’t even think I’ll use it
