Always good to have protection plans. Haven't had to use this one. In the past it has been very helpful in getting things fixed or replaced. No issues with getting service.

Nice additive for items bought, i didn’t need to use it but it definitely is nice knowing you could get your $500 item replaced or fixed for a small extra charge compared to the price of the item you bought.

This is great plan to have for your device since it protects you against accidental damages.

Never second guess adding this to any and every tech purchase.
Case in point: we purchased a PS5 in August 2024 for my son's birthday. His controller is drifting bad.
Stopped into best buy, and they submitted the PlayStation warranty for me. We got to keep his old one and his new one will be delivered in 5 days or less. And while that comes standard for every PlayStation purchase, I didn't have to deal with submitting the warranty myself. And the next time it needs replaced (it will happen, PS5 controllers are notorious for drift stick) geek squad coverage will replace it.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan. I got it when I bought my laptop, and it’s already been a lifesaver. I’m pretty clumsy, so I love knowing that if anything happens—like if I drop it or spill something on it—I don’t have to worry about paying for repairs. I had a small issue with my screen cracking, and the process to get it fixed was super smooth. I was able to set up an appointment online, and the technician was super friendly and fixed everything quickly.
I’m really glad I invested in the protection. It’s just nice to know I’m covered without all the stress. Definitely worth it!
