I always get this plan on anything expensive or delicate. I've broken a couple of things through rough use (not abuse), and it was covered completely, no questions asked. Not one of those plans filled with loopholes you see elsewhere.

I had a great Samsung that died so had to buy a phone to limp along until 2 years. were up so decided to get protection on it in case it malfunctioned..

I was undecided if I should get the protection or not, my husband convinced me to. I dropped my phone and the speaker stoped working, they fixed at no cost and they offered to give me a phone while mine was being fixed!!

Bought this as a "protection plan" for an item that is likely to have issues due to technology. Just like insurance, can't live with it, can't live without it.

I have broken each phone because I did not have a strong enough cover, so I decided to get insurance for it. I think it will be very benefitous to me.

Be secure and take this accidental protection with this phone... so, you are safe if something happens with the phone. You never know!? And I trust Best Buy gives you a good service. Thank you Geek Squad.

I usually go for the extended warranty on most of my phone because I will drop them on a daily base... It has saved me from having to buy a new phone every time .

I purchased the protection plan on my cell phone. I have not used it so far. Can't say if it will be worth the cost. Will have to wait and see.

I bought my phone last year with 2 year extended warranty. A year later my phone screen gone bad. I bought it back to Best buy, and they give me full refund with no questions, ,impressive!!!

I don't really like the idea of paying a deductible for each incident after buying a protection plan, but better safe than sorry.

I always purchase the protection plan on my pricy purchases. I am pleases with the Protection Plan. I have never had any problems getting products replaced if needed. 1 of the best plans available!

For a low price, you can have insurance for your phone. I haven't had to use it yet but having this has lowered my cell phone bill.

Purchasing the product replacement is well worth the cost, in my opinion. A previous purchase was replaced without question when the product failed

They provide excellent support for the purchased years. It is been helpful in case of running into issues , they are very polite and helpful

Insurance is always good to have. Would give it 5 stars if it weren't a one time use only deal. Still for the price it's worth it.

Due to the kind of device this is must have product. Best buy has saved me too many tune when my phone or device just broke without any notice. I simply went to store and got a new one.

I recommend the insurance especially when you can't get one on a phone from Metro PCS. Also cheaper the then any other carrier.

I always get protection for the first year on my more expensive products. I've only ever needed their help once, but it was a goof=d experience.

Great price for the two year accidental geek squad protection plan. What this plan covers for the money is fantastic. Wouldn't buy an item with out purchasing this protection.

I usually refrain from purchasing "extended warranty plans." I invested because of LACK of technical knowledge that most 5 yr olds have. I purchased the 2yr Geek Squad Plan.
