I took my tablet in for a no charging issue. Geek squad explained the whole process of sending it in and getting it repaired. The process was easy and was given a link to track progress.

Best Tablet Ever

This was by far my favorite tablet I've used, large, beautiful screen and very efficient using it for work in construction. Unfortunately, someone else liked it too and stole it out of my truck. Would buy another if it went a little lower in price. Best buy, please add a way to cover lost and stolen items in the protection plan. I mean, I spent $150 on the plan, $100 on a case and screen protector to make sure it'd last,and that was basically all for nothing.

I always purchase the warranty offered by the Geek Squad. They have fixed a computer and more recently they helped when my TV went colorful and then was unresponsive with power source confirmed and reset attempts. The process was simple and very quick.I will always continue to purchase the warranty because they truly have the best service I have come across. Also they do not treat you like you are a bother or stupid. They ask valid questions and really do assess and find the best solution for the individual situation.

The agent was very helpful with us getting a new tablet for our children. We were looking for something not to expensive or cheaply made. It is the best of both worlds and provided us with helpful information on the warranty provided by bestbuy for a small fee in case anything happens. It was a wonderful and stress free experience.

I always purchase Geek Squad service with items that I know I have no business trying to repair, it provides me with the security knowing should something go wrong, repairs are covered. Best way to go.

people let me tell you every electronic devices in my home I got them from Best Buy I always try to put the Geek Squad protection plan because you need know what going to happen I have 4 kids in my house they always trying to set everything on fire if you know what I mean I have a 60inch Samsung smart TV that I bought from a different store before I started buying from Best buy the TV stop working after 1 years 5 months I did not have any protection plan on the TV so I call Samsung and they said nothing they can do for me because I have the TV for 1 year plus. up to now I still have the TV in my garage. I got the Samsung TV from Sears and after that I promised my self not to buy any more from Sears. this is how I decided to buy all my stuff from Best buy now I have LG 65inch. I'm just trying to let you all know that Geek Squad is the best because you never know

I get your protection plans on everything I buy. And, I know Covid-19 shut a lot of things down; however, I had tried for more than 2 months to get the HD Fire 10.1" I bought for my grandson looked at. The Best Buy rep gave me the wrong item # to simply buy a new one, it was the code for an 8"... I have yet to hear back from the Geek Squad.
The school closings have wreaked havoc on my grandson's ability to have some sort of normalcy during this time of traumatic events-- tree fell on his home in October 2019, he and I were in 2 separate hit-&-run auto accidents October & November, then he and his mother was in an auto accident (thank God the driver at fault stayed on the scene), the greatest heartbreak of all was suddenly losing his Father on January 17, 2020 and just before Covid-19 crisis we found out he may be autistic... immediately set-up counseling services, but it all has come to a screeching halt...home repairs, timely auto repairs, recovering from his father, no connection with other kids and the one main toy going out yet again. Please help me get the right tablet shipped asap...
