Geek Squad fixed my computer, after I was having several issues with it. Brought it into the store & they were very friendly. Able to help me that same day with minimal wait-time.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my microwave and explain to me how to use the different settings and what they are used for. If you have questions you can call geek squad and also extends your warranty on your appliance.

Purchased the protection plan as some electronics can have issues down the road unexpectedly. I’ve used the service before on other products and when I had to make a claim, was worth the hassle. Can’t be the value for the price.

I never had problems with this guarantee system that bestbuy offers with its products. In case you have a problem, you take them away and they will exchange it for a new one without questions or uncomfortable repair processes

Getting the extra peace of mind that this type of coverage affords is well worth the money. I make sure to write down which products I have coverage on so I don't forget to utilize it if/when I need to.

I will include this service to almost every products I purchased from BestBuy. The service has saved me a lot of time and money. In case something is not right, I just bring the product back to BestBuy to get a new one. Super.

I purchased this as an extension to original Manufacturer warranty. The device is working absolutely fine till date. So, I never got opportunity to experience Product replacement service from Geek Squad for this product.

nice to have geek squad product replacement, and forget worrying if the item I bought breakdown within the covered time period. just in case something happens they have it covered, but I know the product I bought have great quality and will last years to come.

I haven't had any broken down household equipment, however they are fantastic at preprogramming my techie things and computers. They also installed tvs for us and it a wonderful job.

I purchase geek squad protection on just about all my products that it's available for. The peace of mind and great customer service I receive from Best Buy is worth every penny for these protection plans.

Even if you take care of electronics, something is quite possibly going to still go wrong with it. Why not have a little extra protection in your back pocket, just in case.

We bought this unit as a back-up. We installed one of these unit about 2 1/2 years ago and installation is a snap, and they are very fast in answering any alarms. The best part is you do not a land line for someone to cut. I have recommended to many of our friends.

if you are purchasing a product worthwhile, it's a great idea to purchase this plan. I have bought expensive electronics with this as a back up and best buys truly will replace the item if it cannot be fixed.

The extended protection plans BestBuy sells is totally worth it! It’s easier to bring the speaker in and they will swap it out for a new one or better vs call the MFG on hold for hours only to be told they can’t do anything. Best Buy does the heavy lifting !

I tend to buy warranties just to be on the safe side with products especially electrical products. Thus far Best Buy has stood by their warranties when I’ve had to return product beyond the return date .

I purchased a simple product replacement plan so I can eliminate my down time because of a defective modem. I have bought replacement plans for all my electronics as well so I don't have to worry about the cost of repair.
