I usually buy the product replacement & never have to use it. When my Dyson stopped charging they replaced it. $500 item, what a lifesaver!! No hassle. My face of the Fitbit fell off, they replaced that too. Make sure to buy the product replacement!

This is a great option that comes with the Arlo surveillance cameras. I wasn’t sure about the Arlo as a product so it was nice to know it would be replaced if anything went wrong. Now that I have the Arlo products, I know they are quality products.

You never know when something will happen to the product you purchased so I got the 2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement. I haven't had to use it but I don't have to worry if something goes wrong.

The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

The Best Buy insurance is the best for electronics. They always take care of my electronics when they mess up but obviously it is the normal wear and tear and or difficulty with the product.

every items I purchase from BB if a plan is available I get it. The replacement plan is hassle free and I have been a fan of it for years. I would recommend it to anyone because it is so worth it when you count up the cost for repairs.

I highly recommend purchasing these plans with electronics just to be on the safe side of accidental damage.

Best Buy is one of my most favorite stores because it offers extended protection, which I usually buy for costly items. In this case, I bought it for a CyberPower inverter to use to connect my electronic tech equipment in my car.

I don't usually buy these protection plans but I do at best buy. there is no hassle when something goes wrong they eother replace it or refund your money. With the way electronics can be so iffy sometimes it pays to buy this,

I love Best Buy because I can buy added protection in case anything goes wrong with any of my valuable ($100+) purchases. Well worth the cost, I purchased this protection plan for a gift I bought, a Ring Doorbell with Video Cam.

I was able to call the Geek Squad and get my situation handled over the phone. Plan is good for big ticket items. Would only recommend if you really need it.

I purchased this service for install of my cameras and if anything would happen they could help. I used it once since installation. They were good at what they did to get my cameras working again.

This vacuum is the best vacuum I’ve ever used. I have an Electrolux plug-in that I have been using for years, and since I have started using my Dyson vacuum, I haven’t taken my Electrolux out of the closet. I use this thing 3 to 4 times a day I love it I love it I love it

I like them because they do honor they plans without hassles. Only thing I wish it that this plan comes in effect after the manufacture plans expires first, then Greek Squad plan Should start and last the full two years. This plan goes In effect the day you buy it alone with the manufacturer plan. I really not getting One year manufacturers plan & two years Greek Squad plan ( total three years) only getting two years.
